Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Certsqill (available at www.certsqill.com and www.certsqill.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Certsqill, Brüderstraße 25, 26121 Oldenburg, Germany.
2. Description of Service
Certsqill is an online platform providing IT certification exam preparation, including practice questions, expert-developed explanations, progress analytics, score report analysis, and related tools. Access to premium course content requires a one-time paid course purchase, which grants lifetime access to that course.
3. Account Registration
To access premium course content, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Purchases and Payment
4.1 Course Purchases
Certsqill sells individual certification practice courses as one-time purchases — there are no monthly or annual subscription plans for individual customers. Current pricing is displayed at www.certsqill.com/pricing. Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT for EU customers.
4.2 Payment
A course purchase is a single, one-time charge — we do not automatically bill you on a recurring basis. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Team or organizational licences, where offered, are governed by a separate agreement.
4.3 Lifetime Access
A course purchase grants you lifetime access to that course's content for personal exam preparation, subject to these terms. Because there is no recurring subscription, there is no billing to cancel.
4.4 Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new course purchases: if you have completed less than 20% of a course's questions, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, or once you have completed 20% or more of a course's questions, payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. Permitted Use
You may use Certsqill for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our practice questions or content
- Use automated tools to scrape, download, or extract content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any platform security measures
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Sell, resell, or sublicense access to our platform
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Certsqill — including practice questions, explanations, tools, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Certsqill and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your course purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our content for personal exam preparation only.
7. Study Content & Accuracy
Certsqill's practice questions and explanations are developed through a structured editorial process and reviewed against the official exam objectives published by the certification vendors. We work hard to keep them accurate and current. However, they are provided for study and preparation purposes only, may contain errors or omissions, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or a substitute for the official materials of any certification vendor (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA, ISC², Cisco, PMI). You remain responsible for verifying critical information against official sources before relying on it. Certsqill is not liable for exam outcomes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Certsqill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in passing any certification exam. Any statistics we cite are indicative only and are not a guarantee of individual outcomes.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Certsqill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our platform. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
