SkillCertPro Review 2026: Is It Legit?

Quick Verdict
SkillCertPro is cheap, gives lifetime access and promises your money back if you fail. It also says, in its own words, that its questions are "taken exclusively from the previous real exams" — and the exam vendors forbid using real exam content.
Everything below about SkillCertPro is quoted from its own product and refund pages, checked October 8, 2026. Disclosure: we run Certsqill, a competing practice platform.

What SkillCertPro says it sells

Taking the Cisco CCNA (200-301) product page as the example, SkillCertPro lists:

  • "Contains 1140 Questions" across "19 Mock Exams" — while the same page's search description says "more than 400 real exam questions and dumps".
  • "Taken exclusively from the previous real exams."
  • "100% Pass Guaranteed" and a money-back promise if you fail on the first attempt.
  • "Life Time Access", last updated 26 September 2026.
  • A rating of 4.86 out of 5 from 7 customer ratings on that product.

Prices are shown in your local currency; on our visit the CCNA bank was on sale at half its listed price.

The refund, read closely

"100% MoneyBack Guarantee" sounds unconditional. The refund page sets the conditions:

  • Only if you fail the exam on your first attempt.
  • Claimed within 60 days of purchase — "No refunds will be issued post 60th day."
  • SkillCertPro may ask for proof of failure.
  • A $0.99 transaction fee on every refund.
  • No refunds for buying the wrong course.

If your exam date is more than 60 days after you buy, the guarantee cannot apply.

The real-exam-questions problem

This is the part most reviews skip. If questions come from real exams, as SkillCertPro says, using them runs into the rules every candidate accepts before sitting the exam:

  • Cisco: exam questions and answers "are the proprietary and confidential property of Cisco"; disclosure of exam content is "strictly prohibited", with consequences "up to and including a lifetime ban on all future exams and the nullification of all previous certifications". (Cisco exam policies)
  • CompTIA: the Candidate Agreement names "seeking and/or obtaining unauthorized access to examination materials (this includes using brain dump material" as misconduct; a certification can be revoked. (CompTIA Candidate Agreement)

We cannot check where SkillCertPro's questions actually come from. We can only tell you what it writes about them, and what the vendors write about that.

Bottom line

If you want a cheap bank and accept the sourcing risk, SkillCertPro does what it says on the page. If you want practice you can defend in front of your exam vendor — and that teaches the reasoning behind each answer — start with questions written from the exam objectives. Frequently asked questions

Is SkillCertPro legit?
SkillCertPro is a real, paying business: you get online mock exams, written explanations and lifetime access. The open question is not whether it exists but what it sells. On its own product pages SkillCertPro says its questions are "taken exclusively from the previous real exams" and describes them as "real exam questions and dumps". Cisco and CompTIA both prohibit using or sharing real exam content, with penalties up to revoked certifications. Whether that matters to you is your decision, but you should make it knowingly.
Does SkillCertPro use real exam questions?
That is what SkillCertPro itself claims. Its CCNA page (checked October 8, 2026) says the questions are "taken exclusively from the previous real exams" and its page description advertises "real exam questions and dumps". We cannot verify where the questions actually come from; we are quoting SkillCertPro.
What is the SkillCertPro refund policy?
Per its refund page (checked October 8, 2026): money back only if you fail the exam on your first attempt, claimed within 60 days of purchase. SkillCertPro may ask for proof of failure, charges a $0.99 transaction fee per refund, and does not refund wrong-course purchases.
Can using exam dumps cost me my certification?
Under the vendors' own rules, yes. Cisco's exam policy says disclosure of exam content is strictly prohibited, with consequences "up to and including a lifetime ban on all future exams and the nullification of all previous certifications". The CompTIA Candidate Agreement lists using brain dump material as misconduct and allows certification revocation.
What is a good SkillCertPro alternative?
Practice built from the published exam objectives instead of reported exam content. Certsqill (disclosure: we run it) lets you try 20 questions per certification without signing up, explains every answer option including the wrong ones, and refunds new purchases within 7 days if you have completed less than 20% of the questions. Official vendor practice assessments are another option.
