What is the MuleSoft Integration Architect certification?
Salesforce describes certified MuleSoft Platform Integration Architects as having the knowledge and skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into integration interfaces and implementations.
The exam guide says it is designed for people who have experience leading Anypoint Platform implementations, and that typical candidates have prior experience developing and deploying non-trivial Mule applications. It is an architecture cert: the questions are about design decisions across runtime, reliability, performance and security, not about writing a single flow.

How much does the MuleSoft Integration Architect exam cost?
The registration fee is US$400 (JPY 60,000), plus applicable taxes as required by local law. A retake costs US$200 (JPY 30,000) plus taxes.
Salesforce’s certification security guidance also tells candidates not to sell or share voucher and coupon codes or use them for an unapproved purpose, so only use a voucher you received through an official channel.

Integration Architect vs MuleSoft Platform Architect
Salesforce runs two MuleSoft architect certifications. The Platform Integration Architect focuses on translating requirements into integration interfaces and implementations. The Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Platform Architect, by Salesforce’s description, is about defining and being responsible for an organisation’s Anypoint Platform strategy.
Put simply: the integration architect designs the solutions, the platform architect owns the platform they run on. The two exams test different responsibilities.

Exam dumps and salary claims
Salesforce is explicit about dumps. Candidates agree not to distribute, use or request exam dumps and not to disclose exam questions or answers, and Salesforce says using unofficial dumps violates its Code of Conduct. Consequences can include suspension from certification exams, revocation of certifications already awarded and a permanent ban from the program.
On salary, Salesforce does not publish pay data for this certification in the exam guide or on the credential page, so this page does not quote a figure.
